My mom was at this facility from December 2017 to Feb 16, 2018 which in Feb 16, 2018 she passed away. My mom decided to go to this place after me and my siblings couldn't get along. A patient died there so there was a bed for my mom. Another patient died there while my mother on was still living. My mom took a fall at this place but because she was on hospice the workers really didnt seem concern. Never went to hospital or any treatment. (Family members were told different stories about when she fell). While being there my mom appetite grew poorer, she had speech impairment, twisted mouth, couldn't walk and other illness which she she didnt have before she got to this AFH. My mom went there in December 2017 to February in which she passed which her health decline rapidly since being at this AFH. I've put in complaint with Wa state. The people that were given my mom her medicine do not know for sure if they were license or should have been giving my mom medicine. Ms. Pipes owner of place. we were told had a illness and that her daughter and Ms Pipes husband were running the place. My family can also let anyone know about what was going on with this AFH. I would not suggest this place for anyone love ones.
